We are starting this journey with our village teachers and children in village schools.
With the BN Art Academy Painting
Competition, which we launched in cooperation with KODA (Village Schools Change Network), we want to support every child growing up in Turkey’s villages and rural neighborhoods to receive quality education
. We want to reveal the potential of children in village schools
and strengthen equality of opportunity in education. Equal opportunity in education
is a very fundamental issue for us. If we can ensure this equality, the potential
in children will emerge spontaneously.
Maybe a child will pick up a brush for the first time, maybe they will put their dreams on paper for the first time. We
know that those paintings will not just be lines; they will be hope, they will be courage,
they will be a path to the future. For this reason, village teachers have a lot of work to do. With the cooperation of KODA
, we want to support the development of the professional skills and social emotional skills
of the village teachers.
But this is just the beginning.
The future of Çukurova is hidden in the sweat of the farmers
who labor in the fields, in the power of the women who produce

and in the sparkle in the eyes of every child who wants to learn.
